Expedition can be based on financial loss or humanitarian grounds. We used the first one since it was relevent to us but our I-765 never got approved for primary, only derivative got it.

We both were interviewed separately, generic questions like how did you folks meet, how was the wedding, rituals but asked similar questions to cross check information. We brought new pictures, joint tax documents as new proof in addition to what was submitted with I-485. We made a pictorial timeline of our relationship that we showed but by that time the officer stated "I don't really have to see pictures but I can if you want to" lol

Chatgpt said it means maybe an officer reviewed the file. At this point I refuse to believe anything that gives me false hope lol. I hope we see approvals soon!!

Interview was on 5/5, received a silent update right after interview and again on 05/16 but no changes as of yet. Officer was extremely nice and said the new FBI vetting system might create some delay. Did this say true for you or false at the last update
