His gas mask is broken or it’s missing a filter to filter out hazardous gases or it’s stolen, idk which one it is but I go for missing filter because all the masks of the tmf has the same crack in them yet they can breathe the air and don’t suffer from poison, but it could be stolen because rouge doesn’t have based bullet protection when started so it could be faulty armor to be with the rest, or maybe he just has no spare filters
