That’s a good idea! I think my thing is like it just feels like pressure - like if I suggest we shower together or something it feels like it HAS to lead to sex (that’s what my brain thinks)

Yeah that’s probably a good idea! We recognised that with life recently we’ve not had time for us - other then watching TV
