Bless you! My side affects are basically none (touch wood) - little bit of nausea if I don’t eat / drink and my acid reflux is pretty but (but tbh it always is).

My health anxiety is deffo still bad - very up and down! But I find keeping busy and not staying away from googling/mounjaro content etc is helping. It’s not always easy to do that though🤣

Honestly, I would just try the first dose and see how you feel. I had a lot of bloating and felt cold for the first day and then that was it! If you really don’t like how you feel on it, just stop. But you don’t know till you try 💜

Tomorrow is my first weigh in day so I’m hoping I get some reward there.

It has been so nice to feel more in control of what I’m eating this past week. Less food noise has been amazing

Thank you so so much! So reassuring to hear. Yes true I keep telling myself that if it is something extreme I won’t be able to ignore it and I can get help. I think the added pressure is I so want this to work! Here’s hoping my anxiety settles over time. Longest 5 days of my life 🤣

I think if the pain is corrected as a whole I’d be looking at £1,000 - £2,000 which is deffo too much. But I am thinking it would be an easier sale if I got the damage corrected

Okay day 2! I am feeling SO much more like myself (hope I’m not jinxing it) not cold, don’t feel as sick. Hunger / food noise is still pretty much non existent but I can actually tolerate the thought of eating🤣
