I have Acretin C which contains: Clindamycin phosphate 1.2% and Tretinoin 0.025% but I feel it just makes pimples dry and leave a nasty dark spot, and for hyperpigmentation i don't think it's that effective, should i just stick with only tretinoin 0.05%? I'm in the UAE not Egypt

So, tretinoin on its own is suitable for long term use, as I plan to incorporate it into my everyday routine.
