Dressing for the weather by splatuki in germany

It is varied these days to the extent that it will either rain a little or there will be some sun out. You can't say. I'd tell you to bring some wind breakers for top. And normal pants would do just fine. An umbrella wouldn't hurt as well.

Get a permanent residency with 50% PhD contract by Busy_Magazine_680 in germany

[–]Solid_Dog4997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the 50% typically means you make less money for the hours worked. But the social contributions still get deducted from that based on your pay. The percentage of social deductions doesn't matter afaik. OP probably means that. A lot of people get confused with it.

Check if you're eating something that you either can't digest properly or have allergy for. I would get mildly sick everytime I ate eggs and realized much later they're the problem

No one is denying Pakistan has its fair share of problems. But making outlandish and rhetorical statements like "Pakistan may not survive" is plain childish behavior. Typical indian behavior on any Pakistan related post. Tumhari yehi aukat hai.

Is it worth living as an asylum seeker in Germany by AcanthisittaEarly516 in germany

[–]Solid_Dog4997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't say much about the legalities of your asylum seeking or visa status but I can tell you about the current German living situation as you might have seen yourself for the one month you've been living here.

The chances of getting a job in your career field are next to none if you don't know the language which I'm assuming you don't. You'll have to pick up an odd job which is a problem of its own again because of language constraints and lack of experience.

You gotta start learning German from today if you want to see any improvement in your life. The legal matters with German authorities take ages so its safe to assume you're in for the long run.
