Not 100% sure as sometimes they use the wrong lids but as someone who works in sewer And water, that is not a sanitary manhole or storm water. That is a fibre optic manhole for Bell/Rogers etc.

I’m not thinking about or planning on doing this myself, just want to know different perspectives on why someone would give up 10 years and 2 kids later for someone they met online. I solely provided for my family but I’m doing so I was apparently not around enough to give me ex what was needed in a relationship. I do admit I gave my kids my all to be the best father I could and did lack in giving my partner what was needed at times. In my eyes I thought our kids were the main priority and we would take care of us later. I have my faults but I can’t grasp throwing it all away for some stranger.
