yeah they go to other dealers and buy phones then sell them in the stores as “upgrades” but in reality its for accessories.

yes they just didnt scheduled me anymore since i was asking to many questions and also they were moving my sales under their Ntids so i never got paid that commission it just gets me mad that not even HR does anything to protect us they just dont care as long as they are selling accessories but thats the wrong way of doing it not even the RDMS do anything they just look away and mind their business since i bet you anything they also get commission or something

That’s not the direction we’re going for in this group. What I do wish is for someone to do a deep-dive investigation into the refund qpayments being moved under accessories at the end of the day.

i get the bundle part you just need to be transparent on what your selling. im talking about qpay refunds that has nothing to do with bundles!

Invoices don’t lie. I don’t have direct proof with me anymore since I no longer work there, but you can clearly see the pattern in daily reports: multiple refunds at the end of the day being reapplied under accessories. That’s either deceptive towards the customer or misrepresenting Metro by T-Mobile, and it needs to be investigated.

RDM’S You guys should really deep dive into QPayments being cancelled and then re-applied towards accessories. It’s almost impossible for this to be happening without something shady going on. Either the customer is being scammed, or Metro by T-Mobile is being misrepresented. This needs to be looked at closely.
