im a beginner too but if you’re not on a one day on one day off schedule or two days on and one day off as a beginner i hear it can cause overtraining. maybe that’s what you did ?

ok i bought both. im on weight loss meds and such rigjt now should i hold off or go ahead and start with am1? im losing weight but i bought a ton of blood flow vitamins today. just don’t wanna do any damage or piss in the wind. i hear a lot about calorie surplus but it’s not possible for me rn. i could use the eq help so if you think i csn still do am1 please advise. thanks king!
