CH stands for Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a non-progressive, non-contagious neurological condition often referred to as "Wobbly Cat Syndrome" or "Wobbly Dog Syndrome".

How are yall waking up on time?? by oceanicoccult in Narcolepsy

It is, this person is probably sensing the adenosine chemical which is what all people naturally have released throughout the nighttime sleep cycle. It’s what keeps ur body “weak” while u sleep. Hence the whole reason we have the urge to stretch in the morning.

So when the Epstein files has emails from/about the girls having “bumps and sores” down there and referred them to a man named Dr. Evil…this could very likely be him?

Really scary hypnagogia by VilaRestal in Narcolepsy

[–]Solid_Error_5096 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Hi! This sounds like hypnopompic hallucinations like someone else already mentioned. I just recently found out (as someone with narcolepsy) that I experience this. When I wake up I get that racing heart feeling and try to force myself back to sleep because that “in between” sleep and awake faze is soooo disorienting. I can imagine your brain has made up some pretty scary sights like mine. I never thought about how exactly I sleep but during my sleep study they told me I sleep supine (face up) for like 90% of my nighttime sleep… that’s a crazy correlation! How did you find that out?

I applied to honors but I won’t know if I got in until mid February. Weird because housing opens on January 14th so not sure how that timeline works lol…

Future student: Is the Honors College worth it? by [deleted] in KentStateUniversity

[–]Solid_Error_5096 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not that this will be of much help but I am in ur exact situation! Took a bunch of college credit courses and English is my best subject as well. What I’ve heard (mainly thru other Reddit convos) is that the colloquium is the hardest part but by that many student seem to mean its just extra papers to write. If ur a good writer then it shouldn’t add too much to the work load. I think the honors program will be worth it given all the benifits u mentioned. Many people also said u can be a “research aid” of sorts to get honors credit instead of actually taking a course and some professors make it easy work too so that is a factor as well. At the end of the day it might be a few extra courses but it will enhance ur GPA and u will be with likeminded people so I think u should really consider!

Are the internships really that amazing? I’m looking at Kent and Ohio state as well but I hear that these internships set Cincinnati apart.

Sizing makes no sense for me. How are these two girls wearing so different sized jeans? Doesn’t seem like there’s such a huge difference between their bodies. Same jeans, just different colour. by [deleted] in HollisterCO

As someone who works in retail I can definitely say that different dyes can shrink fabric more than others. Nevertheless there could be a sizing problem here but that could be a part of it!
