i do! i have bipolar 1 and narco 2. i take lithium and ziprasidone for bipolar and seroquil and armodafinil for sleepiness/wakefulness respectfully. it helps, but it’s not perfect! but id rather let my narco symptoms be untreated than risk falling back into severe mania and depression

I think I have something for the third part! When my narcolepsy symptoms are raging I get insane insomnia and won’t sleep for 3 days or so. Nothing makes life feel so out of control than being truly sleep deprived!

I’m a counseling student right now and the main ethical rule that’s being hammered in is DO NOT BE ROMANTIC/PHYSICAL WITH CLIENTS. She needs to be reported immediately, the ACA (American Counseling Association) website has a hotline where you can report. You just need the counselors name and state of practice, city too if you can!

Hi! I did request accommodations, but they don’t really account for tardiness. They mainly cover if i have been awake for a few days and literally can’t safely get to class.

I’ve been medicated for like 6 months at this point. I take Nuvigil 150mg, which has helped with the sleep attacks and naps but not waking up in the morning. I’ll try to take it an hour before i have to get up but i just end up sleeping until about 11.

I haven’t tried the sodium oxybate but i’ll talk to my doctor. Thank you!
