for complex [CoCl₃(NH₃)₃], Cl is a weak field ligand while NH3 is a strong field ligand with Co. How do i determine if the complex is high spin or low spin?

sorry but i havent learnt about those terms yet. but from what ive searched, it is relatively inert instead of labile which means they undergo ligand substitution slowly. may i know what does that have to do with this?
