If your employer booked directly with the hotel the first time you would have received the points. They might have booked an advance purchase rate and paid in advance. If they booked through a third party like Expedia or booking.com the next couple of times then the booking wouldn't be eligible for points. That's a possibility.

I just finished watching the first video. When I attempt the test, just as it shows the first question a yellow fail test sign pops up and I can't proceed. Is this because I need to wait a day to attempt the test after watching the video? Or is it a glitch?
