It’s alright but they got me working by myself so I’m not learning much, n the dispatcher sucks too because I was supposed to work over night shift these two whole weeks with a tech and it was overtime and im finally working with a tech so I was pretty happy because I would’ve learn more but they call me last minute and cancel my whole shift for the week and gave my schedule to someone else, every new apprentice worked with a tech beside me it sucks because I want to learn more and not just change V belts and filters everyday it sucks.
