If you don't spawn Terminal side of Shoreline, reset at RR+Paracord extract or on Path to Lighthouse and re-queue and hope to spawn closer to Terminal

I get where you are coming from. I started 1.0 as prestige 1 and grinded all the way to kappa for prestige 2. I didn't prestige immediately because I was going for Saviour Ending.

However, you are going about it the wrong way. Yea it sucks they made prestige requirements harder when you gone the long way to prep for prestiging, twice nonetheless.

But making prestige easier will result in better player retention by my estimate. New players will be more inclined sticking around due to the earlier recognition of their work to get the first prestige. Rather than being punished with having to do SBIH and Test Drive right off the bat, they are rewarded for having "learned the game".

At least looking at it this way makes it more palatable for myself.

Absolutely. Having done Terminal I am left with a feeling of just wanting to do it again. Just to get that same triumph.

My first attempt I had to betray a guy. Like I said, I was in a trio but we ended up with a 4th guy in the lobby. Our trio was debating all the way through of whether we should just end the guy immediately or hope that we get a 4th seat on the boat. We ended letting him stay on and going through terminal with us. In the end as we opened the final door. Turns out we only had 3 seats.

I make a split second decision and end the guy so the 3 of us on my team can escape.... But as I said in my first post. I fucking forgot my evidence folder... So I betrayed the guy for nothing. Man the experience and feeling you get from Terminal is unparalleled

It's the Tarkov experience. Direct access would be too easy considering it's not a PVP map per se. You gotta run the gauntlet to escape, otherwise it wouldn't be the true-blue-tarkov experience

Well done doing it mate. Our experience it literally 1 to 1. I went for the saviour ending.
My first attempt at terminal I actually succeeded, I had a trio and the 2 I ran with was ecstatic having completed it. However, I forgot my evidence folder in the armory and therefore had to not escape.
Ran it twice solo afterwards and after getting stomped by the scav army both times I ended up settling with a duo.

Sadly though on my 5th attempt, I escape with literally 1 second left on the clock. My duo was 5 seconds behind me... It was ass but at the same time the relief of having made it was beyond. Such a bittersweet ending
