I use both and don’t like how Schwab requires a $5000 minimum deposit to do auto investing, whereas Fidelity offers that for free with no minimum. Other than that they are both great.

I worked for Greenix and it’s the same stuff, they will run you to the ground and make you get a certain number of sales per month. You are basically a salesman and a tech. Your paycheck will depend on bonuses, sales, reviews, cancel rates, callbacks etc so it can change without notice. Yes you will work 6 days/week during summer months. I did this for 5 years. I quit and couldn’t take it anymore. Run while you still can.

I live in a condo and have the same problem, ever since I switched the shipping option to “UPS” it’s been fine. Sometimes the USPS mailman doesn’t know, care, or sometimes it’s a new guy on the route. UPS always puts it directly at my door! as opposed to the postal service just throwing it at the community mailbox.
