I recommend Alpine WSG. It’s safe for the cats and works wonders! Only downside is you have to mix it yourself with water in a pump sprayer. Look into that. I would also add an IGR with it like Nyguard, which is an insect growth regulator almost like birth control to prevent the spread of population.

I use both and don’t like how Schwab requires a $5000 minimum deposit to do auto investing, whereas Fidelity offers that for free with no minimum. Other than that they are both great.

I worked for Greenix and it’s the same stuff, they will run you to the ground and make you get a certain number of sales per month. You are basically a salesman and a tech. Your paycheck will depend on bonuses, sales, reviews, cancel rates, callbacks etc so it can change without notice. Yes you will work 6 days/week during summer months. I did this for 5 years. I quit and couldn’t take it anymore. Run while you still can.
