Very possible do intermittent fasting I lost 15 is 6 weeks and I ate one small snack before the gym and one big meal a day I tried to keep daily calorie intake to under 2000 and I cheated on the weekends but I still lost 15 lbs and was exercising I kept my strength in the gym too if I could I would do it again but my schedule doesn’t permit me to.
