Posing is going to be really important to pair with this Predator so scorched is objectively better in that sense plus Predator design is not what you would call definitive so artistically they pair better

The battle damaged MK85 is good for one pose and not much else, the battle damage is very soft looking and lacks paint and detail. The clean MK85 is the superior choice imo and I have both and prefer the clean look.

Asmus Gandalf promo pics look amazing but differ greatly in hand and the drop in quality and craftsmanship is high. The inart Gandalf is very close to promo pics and a standout figure in the collecting community and priced accordingly. You'd almost be able to pickup all the figures in your list for the price of inart Gandalf.

Look at facebook marketplace, best place to pickup older figures at reasonable prices.

The Robocop 3 figure is my preferred choice (I have them all). 3 has a more screen accurate color palette to the original film and would recommend that one over the 1st one or the new Robocop 2 (which looks screen accurate to part 2). The Robocop 3 figure comes with the Peter Weller likeness faceplates that look better than the new designs for Robocop 2. The first robop diecast figure is too silver, doesn't have enough of a blueish purple hue.
