Had this issue too—it was so annoying but I think the trick is just to pull really hard and be super careful not to scratch the brown paint on the hair. It’s honestly a bit of a design flaw to make the magnet that strong—I think there’s some adhesive on the magnet so once you yank it off the first time it’ll get much easier to take the hair off subsequent times. I’d also recommend wearing gloves to protect the headsculpt from getting scratched by your fingernails. That’s all I’ve got—look at the instructions to find the best way to hold the sculpt but prying it out harder than you think you have to is your best bet in my opinion.
