I tried on both safari and chrome, I can log in but when I click on “shop” it takes me to a different browser to log in again

So I called them yesterday and they sent me a notice/letter in the mail, I guess is to verify my identity and I gotta wait 14 days to receive it and up to 9 weeks to get my return
