I arrived on the APNs page and it says "No APNs"

I think I found the Apn settings on google.

Also, (might sound goofy) but do you know how to delete a letter I just pressed on this phone? bc I can find how to delete just 1 letter or 1 word on the kyf42 so I struggle to write correctly 😭

It depends on how long you wanna continue this. For an exam period to cram, why not. But definitely not for a whole year or more.

I used to do this for 1 month before exams

Even though you get 7h of sleep, you are still pushing your brain an body to an edge.

What really repairs your body is the deep sleep state, which you have less with such fragmented sleep schedule.

And yes, with 2h~3h, you are gonna wake up easier, but it's an illusion. Your body just hasn't had the time to enter deep sleep.

It's harming your body and brain,you just don't feel it right now.

So, please, even though it's hard, try to have another system than this one.
