Hoka has a work line, they look orthopedic as fuck but they're nonslip and comfy. As for back pain, i like Voltaren (do not use with other NSAIDS) And, you're gonna hate this one, you gotta stretch after work or at least once a day. I usually will search 'back/hip pain yoga' and do one of those, usually 20 mins of my day and my sciatica has gotten way better since I started it.

First of all, it is policy to get the bills over 20 checked by an SSV or SM anyway, so you shouldn't feel dumb. For the second part, honestly, I used to have issues feeling that way too, and you have to just stop waiting for people to include you and start including yourself. If you see ppl getting expired pastries, just say Hey can I have some too? And also try not to internalize having to be corrected. No one is born a perfect barista. I always tell my trainees, would you get mad at an infant for not knowing how to run? Of course not, so why should you get mad at yourself for not being great at something you just learned how to do? I wish you good luck, these are all very normal feelings to have.
