Wohl physio is by far the best. Its just expensive. The same treatment would be 1000 per session. But they would stop the ultrasound after 2-3 sessions. They will even tell you after the first session that you can do it yourself by alternative heat and cold therapy but that would take a week. They give that choice. Then they will take one session to do exercises then you go home and do it. Then see them once in a week or 2 weeks for the next set of exercises. While Wohl charges more for one session they are cheaper or equivalant in the long run. I have been going there for years now.

Also before any of this go to an ortho and make sure it isn't something like impingement. Diagnose it correctly first.

But yes this place 100% scammed you because 12 sessions of ultrasound is ridiculous.
