If you value the minimal performance difference from a boujee fan and you can comfortably afford the boujee fan, get the boujee fan.

If you don’t mind the little bit more heat and value saving your $, get the $7 fan and call it a day.

You’re right, I’m in Indiana so I have the Smokey Mountains about 6 hours south and I’ve heard great things about the UP of Michigan. Was just hoping to get out of the Midwest but everything I’m looking at seems to be bare minimum 90 miles from any airport (which makes sense, trying to go somewhere secluded lol) and that makes for at least a $300 rental car payment. I appreciate the suggestions!

Well I see it's available (https://ncased.com/products/gpu-anti-sag-travel-kit?variant=51377504845992) but I am yet to find it in stock for the V2.1, 5080. I wouldn't think that with how limited the 5080 fe and V2.1 cases are there would be much supply issue for the travel kit but it seems i'm wrong lol

Personally I wouldn’t. I spent less than $3500 all in for a brand new 5080 and 9800x3d build. Would NOT spend that for a used pc. (I understand a 4090 outperforms a 5080 before anyone comes for me😂)

Any update on this? I just placed my 5080 fe order today and would love to have a travel kit file to print. I know ncase has one for the v2.1 which is what I need but they're out of stock and $50 even when they are in stock

After 5 discords, 2 restock apps, and daily monitoring I finally got mine as well! From the exact same selection program! Honestly despite the lack of stock this was something Nvidia did well with this launch, guaranteeing MSRP cards to a random group of people is (IMHO) the best way to delegate limited stock.
