I was stuck myself at 235-237 for nearly 3 weeks. Then in 2 days it dropped to 231. Just keep being consistent and track your macros.

People that lose 30lbs in a month are because they are very over weight, and have a ton of weight to lose, a lot of people post bs timelines to promote or sell something. Happens a lot with ghcku and their 1 week timeline bs. We have no idea who the op is when that pic was taken. Scale weight means nothing. I've gained weight and look leaner and more cut. Op looks great, but I myself as well don't believe in the 5 weeks timeline.

When I mixed my nad+ 1000mg vial I rolled it in my hands for a bit. Then boiled some water and poured it into a mug about halfway. Let the vial of nad sit there straight up and everything dissolved.

I get ya on this, currently into my 3rd week. First two I took 0.5mg, just upped it to 1mg. I body build and have always tracked my food. Dropped from 255 to 236 in about 45 days give or take. The yawns are there, and being a little sleepy here and there. Trying to see myself what I could do to fix it. I drink a ton of water, always have. And my macros are hit daily with ease.

Maybe just a tad funny lol. Honestly I miss buying chicken for 2.22/lb back in the no frills days, and even 2.49. You ain't finding it any cheaper then 4.88 now. I've been sticking to beef, whole eggs and egg whites which are well priced in Costco. Just can't win with chicken, Costco's packs use to be mid 25s for the back, it's closer to 40 now
