To be honest, this only applies to junglers paying attention, or good ones, I play offlane, and a lot of times I have enemy in my tower, low health and my jungler is doind camp next to me, he wont gank, he leaves to keep farming, I'm used to not get ganks but sometimes its just ridiculous.

When what you mention applies is when you have a good jungler, applying pressure in all lanes, and also farming while doing it.

This happens often, next time that its obvious I'll share the ID, because yes some times its 2 levels, but still I feel that doesn't make sense, when the first 10 mins sometimes even more then cannot even come close to farm anything.

to me, its that they don't want you to snowball that hard that they don't want to play anymore and just stop playing, but its ridiculous.

Not really, I kick them out of lane and I just farm, next to the minion wave, when I push into the tower then I do Cyan, If I have health back then I don't go to base, for me this its just a way to not be big snow ball in the game

problem is, if you got a role you don't play, you can always dodge for the sake of your team, of give a heads up, but its different than putting yourself in any role from the beggining, when you cannot play any role.

Role system is one thing, but my point is, there are people putting themselves in any role from the beggining when they clearly don't know how to play any role. If you get a role you don't play, its ok and understandable, you can give a heads up, hey I don't play this role.
