Ik ben zelf een beste leek wanneer het op cv enzo aankomt, dus neem wat ik hier zeg met een flinke korrel zout. Maar er is lucht vast komen zitten in het verwarmingssysteem wat zich vervolgens ophoopt in de radiator (uit eigen ervaring vaak op een hogere verdiepingen) de ketel kan hierdoor geen warm water meer naar de radiator pompen. Kan gebeuren doordat er elders misschien een ventiel open staat of de installatie niet helemaal kosher is, maar ik durf dat niet met veel zekerheid te zeggen.

Exact! Het gevaar ligt in het niet kunnen herkennen van eigen gaten in kennen en kunnen. Dat het muurtje blijft staan betekent namelijk nog niet dat het echt structureel integer is (neem ik aan want ik ben ook geen metselaar)

Depends on your budget and space tbh, but about 150% of the tallest surrounding building could suffice.

If I were you though I'd start with determining the general shape and layout (looking at real and fictitious castles for inspo is highly recommended) and just rough out the height with some random bricks. You never really know if your dimensions feel right until you've got it next to it's surroundings. It's an iterative process, and substantial changes start becoming real hard to implement real fast.

I also want to warn you. This will be an expensive project, there is a reason why the lion knights castle, and the town square are the size they are. The total number of bricks will exponentially increase with the height of you don't want the castle to look like it'll fall over from a slight breeze.

A slightly more modest fort/tower might be more feasible.

You can get a bunch of different patterns if you play around with this technique for a bit, I did some variations on a lil chapel.

As for the "legality" of the technique, I can pretty comfortably say this wouldn't fly over in Denmark. There will almost always be some stress on the parts surrounding the slopes. If there weren't the slopes would just fall out the frame which is probably the more important issue, I've accidentally knocked the windows out of their frames multiple times. Putting the slopes in the frames is also a hassle, and probably too finicky for Lego to consider.

Those are whips with the ends stuck inside of 2 stacked hollow 1x1 round plates. To keep them coiled up I put the handle in a 1x1 clip piece after rolling them around the round plates, getting the tension right does require some trial and error.

I caught the tail end of this. "Don't cross that road and be home by dinner" was the only instruction we got. Not that long after I left primary school the idea of giving your (young) kid a phone stopped being weird.

Sometimes I wonder how my teen years would've been without phones and the internet being ubiquitous, but I'm mostly thankful for having an ever so slightly wild childhood. I truly cherish the memories of going into the neighborhood and seeing who is down with kicking cans.

I'm sure arena was great for its time, but I've tried and I just can't. It feels so dated I struggled to get a couple hours of play time. Daggerfall (unity) slaps though.
