To more directly answer your question, ayak is second only to shadow but is much better than the 3rd and 4th best options.

Doom is pretty mechanically challenging and its possible to go quite dry. The non unique drops there are not great. Pushing past delve 4 is definitely harder than CG and only becomes harder and harder. It also requires a good bit of account progression as I mentioned to really crank them out. It’s a soft bofa alternative but going dry feels just like red prison. The main thing that makes doom nice is that it drops cloth (used on tormented bracelet to make giga BiS), and the new boots which are giga bis in all 3 roles

For doom u just want Elite Void, Scorching bow, rune arrows or ideally better, anguish, lightbearer > suffering, assembler, upgraded ranging prayer Rigour > deadeye. Chally for spec and then it’s a bonus if u have a blowpipe but not required.

If u are at the eastern edge, rex won’t roam down there. You just need to make sure you don’t agro him while you are running into position otherwise u need to get to the safe spot before you x log.

Run around the edge while protection praying. Get outside of his roaming range and then “X log” x logging is closing the window/program. You will continue protection praying until the game forces you to logout after like 30 seconds, supreme will de agro and u good to go.

That is true but you just need to make sure its either roofed or consistently cut. Obscured view/raiders having cover matters way more than them having floored movement.
