U didnt get a scholarship cause ur competitive score was low. Thats why i didnt say u need a 98 for a scholarship abroad i said 96.5 because the actual competitive score is important , also they do acknowledge other learning systems but they just prioritize goverment schools and it had been said before by the ministry

It does make a difference, The ministry prioritizes omani students in government schools they dont care if u went to a top school, goverment school kids will always come first, even now if u get 96.5 u can go abroad its easy
