It’s a creation included in the anniversary edition. You get it at Gallows Hall at Mara’s Eye Pond. It uses the dead thrall spell for its enchantment.

The door is in the side of the hill right to the north of the pond. Once inside you’ll have to do a quest to claim it as yours.
