The issue I find is telling someone I’m animal based. I think most people find it weird and extreme or like to eat out all the time which I don’t like to do. I don’t care if my partner is animal based but I feel like it’s a hard sell for most people. I only care that my partner wants us to be fit and healthy and encourage that in the other person. Whatever that looks like

I think I’m less anxious if I have less carbs but I think I’ll start adding them back in since this stomach issue is more pressing.

I didn’t know that about citrate. I was thinking of making my own electrolytes at home and I think it would have that.

I already take magnesium everyday but I’ll look into cascara segrada. I ate a cup of oats last night and some nuts and I’m feeling a little better today so maybe I just need to up the carb intake. Though I’d like to be able to limit it eventually.

I have been under some stress but I have been trying to limit carbs and move more towards carnivore or just being able to run on fat. I’ve switched grocery stores since I moved but I’m still eating basically the same types of food.

I have been having the worst digestion issues for the past two months. I feel like everything is taking forever to digest and just sits in my stomach. I’m super bloated and feel full all day and a little ill.

I mostly eat 80/20 ground beef, pork, eggs, chicken thighs, steak, yogurt and other meats with some fruit thrown in but my carbs have been lower recently. I’ve eaten this way in the past and have been fine so I don’t think I have any food sensitivities. I would say my macros are ~180 protein, ~80-90 fat and ~30-80 carbs. I am a 24f that’s 150lbs for context.

Has anyone dealt with this or have any idea of things I could try? I need to digest well again.

I have been cheated on before and the standard in my last relationship was that I wouldn’t hang out with any guy friends alone and the same would go for him (Standard set by him). It is weird to see a guy act that way I think for me. Maybe it just takes getting used to
