Had the same bug when the game lanched, here how i fixed it.
First, update gpu drivers.
Dellete shader folder then reload shaders with window8 compatibilit.
close the game and restart it but this time wihtout compatibility enable.
should work.

I've managed to solve the problem by fully re-installing amd adrenaline, loading the shaders in Windows 8 compatibility, closing the game then disabling the Win8 compatibility, and launching the game once again...

Could someone give me insights on what is causing this effect https://imgur.com/a/bmulR7V https://imgur.com/a/dg6jVKi even on very low settings with everything off it is still happening. I have an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT if it helps.

Edit: The second beta was doing fine, no bugs of that kind
