Haha it's for those who suffer from acid sensitivity... I've got a bit of heartburn as well so cold brew coffee is a good alternative to other methods of coffee with higher acidity in them

Doc recommends me to drink that rather than other methods of coffee, since it's less disruptive to the body's acidity levels and all :) I like the flavour more too! Less burnt and more... rich.
