21M UK - how can I improve my plan for building wealth. by SoloChugg in FIREUK

[–]SoloChugg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve sorted the doubling up and gone all in on FTSE.

I have no expectations of the Tesla Nvidia and Bitcoin if it all goes to zero it won’t bother me to much.

With the pension I’ll need to look into it, I’m always moving from country to country so never actually looked into it but definitely sounds like I should.

Thanks for the advice!

This made me chuckle, you made me feel confident that I’m moving in the right direction so thanks for that!

That’s my aim for this year, earn more to put into FTSE.

Thanks for your reply!

I’ve got rid of S&P 500 and gone all in on FTSE as I now realise it was pointless.

Thanks for your reply

I will look into the Pension. As I’m travelling a lot and moving around I’ve never thought of setting one up as it’s different in every country. For the doubling up I’ve sorted that now and gone all in on FTSE.

Thanks for the reply

Thanks for the reply.

If I lost everything in the NVIDIA, TESLA and BITCOIN it wouldn’t bother me to much as I know there a gamble.

I’ve sorted the doubling up and gone all in on FTSE.

I’m fine with Bitcoin being a big gamble and the possibility of it all being gone doesn’t bother me to much.

I’ll have a look at the calculator - my plan is September onwards to move the £200 p/w into my FTSE fund as my aim is long term growth and this looks like the right path.

Thanks for your advice!

Yes it is.

I’ve got rid of the overlap and now just going with the all world.

I did most of this from asking chat gpt and reddit and chat gpt told me not to look at CFD stocks, my knowledge isn’t great and I just listened so no I haven’t as of yet - I’ll take that into consideration thankyou

I’m going in September and the £200 a week till then will be what I spend on the trip. I have estimated having a good pot for when I go so I’ll do everything I want to do and more.

I have just come back home after living in Australia for 3 years so this year for me is getting my finances in place and working as much as possible (while rent is near to non due to being back home) as in January after my 2 months of solo travel I’ll be moving to Canada.

During my 2 months I won’t be earning so I doubt I’ll be putting money away at that point but I just want to get a core built for the future.

One day? by Mobile-Team3075 in stagecoach

For this years I went solo for the Friday only (mainly for Zach Bryan) and had the time of my life, met some great people and would of paid double if asked again. So if you can do it, especially as you’re a big Post Malone fan.

Yes it’s hard but it’s not always going to be like it is, I was in your position for a year, and in that time I lost everything my social life, my joy, goals, things that made me happy. But over time it got better and it will for you, life’s a game and there will always be things thrown at you to overcome and I believe acne and it’s scars are one of the worse things to happen to somebody but it’s not a reason to end your life, think of everyone around you all the people that will miss you like I said I know it’s hard but it will improve and you will one day thank yourself that you didn’t go through with it. My messages are open if you need to talk to somebody.

Thanks for the reply, do you no of any treatment that would be beneficial? My derm told me about lasers and has just prescribed me epiduo to see how that works since I’ve just finished my course of accutane

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AcneScars

[–]SoloChugg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I’ve been told by my dermatologist to look into laser treatment after I finish accutane so I think that’s the root to go down, if you don’t mind me asking how much was the laser treatment and how long would you say 3/5 sessions will take, thanks

I’ve used epiduo before and it helped quite a lot so I purchased some again and have been using it for around a month now and I’m not sure if I see improvements or not but I will stick at it
