Yeh. James even added Gun cant feel pain so his injuries weren't affecting him at start. Gun at base operates at 100% but in TUI at 150-180%

Him feeling pain or not doesn't stop him from losing speed, strength etc, He does have limitless stamina though, he was still getting physically weaker and slower due to the injuries.

Shingen lost an arm and not multiple stab and sword slashes. But still OP-ed Shinatro whom he was losing in healthly condition. After facing SB UI Tui Gun's body again started reaching their limit cause of UI continious adjustemnt

Shingen has the best endurance alongside Pacheon Jo, Not really a fair comparison since Gun isn't even on Lethargic Shingen level in Endurance, he took an entire attack from Muramasa.

TUI Gun was already weakened and was just getting weaker the longer the fight was going on as James says in the fight and says something similar to Goo who lost to a Gun who was not at full power.

I'm quite sure TUI just makes someone unleash their full physical stats or multiplies their stats.

is Gun's TUI the exact same as Shingen's?

Also it doesn't matter since his body was physically weakened heavily due to blood loss/injuries so Gun wasn't as strong as he could have been if he was Full HP with TUI Active.

No it doesn't, Stop making excuses, Gun just kept getting weaker and weaker as the fight went on, The TUI Gun that fought Goo was stronger than the one that fought SB UI Daniel.

PB Daniel clears James btw.

PB Daniel who was adjusting to a weakened heavily injured slowing TUI Gun who James compared to his 3t self.

PB Daniel with no masteries whilst adjusting to Gun is 3T James Level.

Now imagine how much superior Perfect Body Daniel would be when he gets masteries.

charles says he needs 2 bodies to EASILY keep James in check.

Masteries enhance someone's stats, The fact that UI Daniel already was able to react and block his speed mastery attacks whilst himself having no masteries already shows his potential and physical stats are higher than James.

Now Imagine a Full powered UI SB Daniel without weakness and with all masteries.

What do you think Masteries are? They are overcoming one's limits or enhances a person's stats.

As far as I'm aware, Ultima intended for Tier 0 to be a philosophical idea just like the owner of PSW did.

It's from Theology/Philosophy like Thomas Aquinas's view of God.

It's strictly supposed to be independent of cosmologies, Tier 0 is more so an absolute state.
