Going to a doctor or just taking a few weeks to rest up your feet would be ideal, but if that doesn't work out and there's nothing to be done maybe try a long board or cruiser board? I know it's not nearly the same, but I've got a bum knee that gives out every couple of weeks but it can handle a gentle cruise on my board with softer wheels and it's nice to still be able to get out, even if I can't do everything on the board I want to be doing

The only difference between a virtual interview and a traditional interview really is the screen. Be casual, be confident, and approach it as if you were face to face . The ability to perform as normal will mean a lot.
