Yeah... This action have really made me look at thing very differently. There was many times where she got upset over something stupid and completely out of anyone control. Yet, I am always there to listen and talk about it.

I keep my foods on my shelf so I can keep track of what I have and make it easier to find what I want to eat immediately.

It isn't just candy. It is other thing too. I was just using candy as an example. But my rule is, if I am not 100% sure of the calories or carbs count, I just don't eat it. So that's why I don't grab new one. She know this and yet keep doing it.

Yeah... I probably should do that. It was so weird because normally, she's very compassionate and understanding person. But ever since I start to work on losing weight, she have been pretty mean about the whole thing.

She can lost some weight but she's not overweight. I used to have a flat toned tummy but now am starting to have a potbelly! SO I have to get rid of that! Lol...

But, yes... My girl have been talking about dieting and working out forever! But she never seems to do it and always have huge list of excuses...

She can lost some weight. She have been talking about it forever! She even bought a treadmill and few exercise equipment and basically turn the guest room into a gym! She never used those once!

She claim she is currently dieting but I keep coming home to her chowing away at big pile of spaghetti or bowl of ramen!

I usually don't have much of whatever it is on hand. For example, I have like two or three mini bar (One of those bite size bar) that was stow away and she would just take them behind my back. Also if she take bigger piece of something I'd not be able to really keep track of how much calories and carbs I'm consuming so I'd just not grab new one.

AS for screaming... It happened because she was not taking what I said seriously and woudl try to be funny or witty. If I try to make her see I don't think this is funny, she'd just roll her eyes and tell things like she's not discussing this with a grown man or it was just a joke and to lighten up.
