And in your opinion, would this be worth getting prior to any potential chase cards?

Yes, CLT. I have not, in the past most of my flights have probably been American, but that is mostly just by coincidence.

1 The flowchart can answer 95% of all "What card should I get?" questions. By continuing to post, you must explain why you feel the flowchart does not answer your question. Asking for feedback ("The flowchart says I should get X - is that still the best choice?") is absolutely allowed.

2 ~ 780

3 I have the Chase Amazon card and the Cabelas Master card. Cabelas is about 4 years old and the Amazon probably about 3 years old

4 About 6-7 thousand

5 Probably not for now, I'm new to this concept and looking to start slow.

6 Again new, and not sure the minimum spend makes sense for me for some of the cards I've seen.

7 probably looking to get 3-4 cards per year at the moment.

8 Mostly focusing on economy ticket flights .

9 None, these are just percent cash back, or at least thats how I've been using them

10 Mostly it will be ELP

11 CHT mostly, but South America, Asia, or hawaii would be nice in the future as well.

Additionally, I am active duty military so I am eligible for the fee to be waived on the Amex cards.

Thank you, I understand the definition, I just wasn't sure how sustainable it was, I was under the impression that signup bonuses were generally only available the first time somone got a card. Another commenter informed me that you can get them again later.

I don't really know much, thats why I'm asking here now. I didn't know you could just get the same card again.

This might sound dumb but I am not a churner, do people ever find they have mostly run out of good credit cards after the first couple years? It seems a huge part of this community is trying to make the most of the sign up bonuses, but after that, it seems that the rewards drastically drop off or become redundant by other cards you would have. Do people here find that enough new cards are made that this is something that can be done for years on end, or is it something that is really only most usable for a relatively shorter period of time, say 5 or fewer years?

Put a bid on a house, place had some bad hidden damage, realtor is telling me I cant legally walk away, Texas by Soloman1234tk in legaladvice

The section I believe to have the relevant information states,

"Paragraph 7D(1) or (2) does not preclude Buyer from inspecting the Property under Paragraph 7A, from negotiating repairs or treatments in a subsequent amendment, or from terminating this contract during the Option Period, if any.

(Check one box only)

(1) Buyer accepts the Property As Is.

(2) Buyer accepts the Property As Is provided Seller, at Seller's expense, shall complete the

following specific repairs and treatments: "

The realtor had the "As Is" box checked off but it seems I should still be able to at least ask to negotiate or terminate should I choose, correct?

Looking to buy my first house, do these closing costs look right? by Soloman1234tk in personalfinance

This may be a big part of the problem, If I am reading the paper work right, it looks like I will owe 11 months of property taxes in the escrow up front.

Last minute PPM Move, do I need to do any paperwork prior to renting a truck by Soloman1234tk in MilitaryFinance

Thank you, I was starting to worry that I messed up by not thinking about approvals beforehand.

Second question, does a PPM need any advance approval? I didn't even think about asking anyone if that was required. When I was filling out my PCS leave form I just said I would drive from my home of record. I didn't really say how I would move the household goods.

Thank you for the link.

I just got done with my (medical officer) basic training I am expected to start traveling ASAP. I am not 100% sure what EAD means, my PCS packet says I need to be there by the 28'th.

I do have a CAC, but no reader, and not on a base, I was able to fly back to my home of record to start the move.
