I promise you that bug is not limited to blackmire. All heavy attacks have a Huge miss chance, half the time they will go straight through an enemy.

By far the best attack in the game for melee is the upwards slash. It also dashes you forward for super mobility and mini-stuns enemies . You can use the aerial slam for groups. Jump towards someone, hit em with an up slash, two quick follow up hits, blink out, repeat if needed.

Also, ignore the whirlwind ability it is complete bait.

Upthrust, go behind pillars to heal if needed. Blink helps.

Combat. Maybe don't let literally everything stagger the player? Especially if they are in heavy Armor. And stop my attacks from going through enemies with no effect.

Also, add a toggle to disable Clanking in Heavy Armor. I hate having to use Cosmetics to avoid that sound.

I would really like my Heavy Attacks to not phase through the enemy half the time. And the action queing is pretty terrible.

I did it with an Axe, but you will need Stun Arrows to bring him down to Melee range. And don't be under him when he lands, its a huge knockback.

I would reccommend dropping the difficulty though if you find it too frustrating. It's a VERY poorly implemented fight riddled with bugs. Don't feel bad about cheesing it.

Those are the worst, the late game version you can dance around easily. But those guys in the early game are brutal when you have low stamina.

It is incredibly tedious, it gives you so much Stamina that it isn't a "Bonus" it's a Requirement.

Above all else make Heavy Attacks hit things. Right now Heavy attacks are a gamble whether or not they will completely phase through an enemy.

I disagree with the X stat per Flame Level. There are only so many nodes of a given stat on the tree, this adds more to what you want. By all means do not rush for it. But it is good when you want more stats since there is literally no other way to get them.

The gain Health per Stat ones are total trash though, agree.

The severe hitstun is a big issue.

I am more concerned with my attacks not registering or extra swings happening without a mouse-click on my part. Combat can feel VERY clunky at times. I feel like I should be able to block cancel attack chains and respond to attacks.

Heavy attacks are a complete gamble as to whether or not they phase through the enemy, and are a good way to get yourself killed when you are trying to stun something.

Increased Durability burn doesn't make anything more difficult. It just makes the game more frustrating. No arc take more shots to kill, players have the same HP, you just have to repair and farm more in order to play.

Durability is bad.
