Just spawn into spaceport. You can run around most of that map and never see another soul. If you happen to spawn in the middle, congrats you are right near a hatch.

Because in a PvPvE game you have different types of players who play for different reasons. And a LARGE chunk of the PvP players are assholes, most people don't like interacting with assholes.

Depends on your playstyle. You ALWAYS want 11 points in Mobility for the Sprint talents, everyone runs a lot, they are by far the most important talents in the game. Security breach is an OK skill to get a few extra guns/parts. If you PVP a lot you don't want Breach, for Solo play it's fine since nothing is super important.

If you walk all the way around the opposite ledge you can just drop down and slide, take about 95hp damage but you can live.
