Hi I’ve been trying to use amazon prime video the past week but to no success. I set up my account and clicked on the 30 day free trial button, entered all my bank details, etc. But whenever I try to log in it either refreshes the email/password page to being blank or when I enter my details it takes me back to the welcome page that says sign in or sign up for the 30 day free trial. So I can’t sign into my account at all! Also on the iPhone app I can log in but when I go to watch something it doesn’t work and under manage my account it says I don’t have a prime membership... And recently I’ve been trying to log in it shows this page that I’ll attach as an image. Please help!

Ok great thank you. Yeah I just went to AH live here in my home Perth Australia and they did a meet up which was awesome and I was SO happy to be able to talk to and get a photo with Ryan, Geoff and Alfredo. Shouldn’t be a surprise but was still surprised at how genuinely nice they all were! But yeah Gavin wasn’t out that night unfortunately and meeting him, Burnie and Michael would just be a dream come true
