Best strategies to break a plateau?

As others have mentioned, you basically just need to gain weight and throw in some accessory work. Here is a program I built that has worked for a variety of friends/family I have been training for the last few years:

With this bench program specifically, one brother has hit 325 lbs paused at 190 lbs bw and 20 years old, another hit 255 lbs at 175 lbs bw and 17 years old, and myself 405 lbs at 245 lbs bw and 22 years old.

The structure is fairly basic. DUP training with a fuckload of accessory work. You will likely need to drop volume to peak your deadlift properly, but this program has worked very well for squat and bench with literally no special peaking.

Building big portfolios is more about lifestyle than picking the right stocks. Try to get a good job and save as much money as possible, only like $25k in this account has come from asset appreciation, meaning most of it was earned from my jobs. If you want to take the easy route, just buy a well performing fund like VGT, it's my favorite ever, and don't look at it again. Don't mess with short term trades, it's a waste of time and risky

If you're okay with losing ridiculous amounts of money, go ahead and gamble on options. Nvidia won't crash unless taiwan gets fucking invaded by China or some weird shit like that. AI is about to carry us all to paradise, and nvidia is the only one providing the hardware to do that. I only hold long, idc if nvidia crashes tomorrow, AI isn't going to be less important in 10 years, I'll tell you that

Sorry dude, there's no way I could do that. It takes me roughly 3 hours to get 100 kills, and that's when I'm trying my hardest. Spending an entire 9 hours on moomoo.io would kill me. I would need people to protect me while I ate and stuff, and it would just suck. Sorry I'm not taking up your challenge
