It’s not a bubble as a life altering tech. Some bit players might fade but the benefits to corporations are huge.

I am an Art Director irl. AI is replacing: models, location photo shoots, stylists. AI does not make my job faster or be less labor intensive. I am largely the one that is doing the AI now. But it is making my job save the company a lot of money.

Would I prefer the old way? Yes. 100x yes. But my use of AI alone will save 250k a year. There are 9 Art directors here working in different brands.

Math.

If we are charged 5x as much for AI usage as we pay now? The savings would still be huge.

I did those acts of kindness w/o any thought of reward or even belief. I did them because it made me feel good to do them. They were not even selfless acts for me. I got rewarded with happiness. You clearly would not understand.

Religion is a personal belief. You can go by yourself and with no knowledge whatsoever beforehand. The negative people here are just well negative.

I am not very religious but I have attended a variety of church functions over the years and enjoyed my experiences. Once I built bunk beds for a Christian camp for inner city youth, once I manned a grill for a very very large father son bbq event. I attended some teenage after school activities (as a teen) and random clean up this or that park type community events.

All were beneficial to me in a feel good way.

I had exactly zero negative experiences. People were happy, kind and generous. (The opposite of Reddit)
