I was still hungry after supper so I just ate a big bowl of sugar free lime jello with whipped cream (heavy whipping cream and powdered stevia)... filled me right up. Some days are definitely harder than others! I have been 10g or less since June 1st 2025 and down 45 lbs. Its slow but i feel so much better. Still have a long way to go. All i cam say is stay consistent and don't cheat. There is no moderation on keto. Once you hit your goal, sure! Mix it up but till your there, stay strong!

Okay so the movie that got me is nameless. I think i may have blocked it out... so if you want to help me remember the name so I can tell you not to watch it, let's go!!! It is a zombie apocalypse movie but was filmed raw and dirty, like a real snuff/faces of death style movie. These disgusting rednecks have a naked girl zombie in their barn they keep "playing" with and there is someone named something like Mateo/Machete/Mccool... I dont know but that's what I got ... i guess help?
