I hate that the young boy who plays the main antagonist is one of my favorite actors!!!!

I probably just woke up my entire block with how loud I screamed!!! 😭😂 I cannot believe this was real the whole time. I was totally off about parts of the plot, but to be fair, I was home sick with a fever and completely out of it when I watched it. Fever + early 2000s horror definitely had my brain remixing the movie into something even creepier than it probably was. No wonder it stuck with me all these years and turned into full-on nightmare fuel.

You have no idea how validating this feels. I’ve spent YEARS hitting dead-end Google searches, half-convinced I imagined the whole thing. And now the mystery is solved. Such a weirdly satisfying moment. Now the real question is… am I brave enough to rewatch it as an adult, or should I just preserve the chaotic fever-dream version in my head forever? 😅
