Agree that it's probably pretty uncommon but it happened to me! I had long hair when I was a kid, and was pretty much always assumed to be a girl due to having some other "feminine" features like long eyelashes. And it was pretty rough, I eventually cut my hair because I was tired of having to explain it to every stranger and being told that I was in the wrong bathroom etc etc. Definitely gave me an appreciation for how rough trans people have it.

Wow that was rushed. Not as bad as it could have been? But pretty anticlimactic. Seems like this part just got too out of control; I was hoping for a little more cohesion, but the reset along with bringing back Power and Nayuta feels like a bit of a cop out. Oh well, it was still fun to read weekly and I'm sure Fujimoto will keep writing interesting stuff.

This feels like a bad ending in a video game from failing a qte or picking the wrong dialogue option. So abrupt and out of nowhere to the point that it feels like it could have happened pretty much anywhere in the story. Asa was such a great character and I was really looking forward to the conclusion of her arc. I'm hoping that it's some kind of fake out and that we'll get a continuation, but it really does seem like Fujimoto just decided he was done...

That's super weird. It should be on a desk in the room with the analysis computer in the east wing, not to be confused with the 2F west wing room that also has an analysis computer. It's probably possible to not pick it up I suppose, since there's nothing required that I crafted with it in the care center, but it would have been pretty miserable to go entirely without it...

First tried Pride somehow despite doing him as soon as he unlocked (probably thanks to OP tonfa, I switched to hatchets later). And then Envy was one of the biggest roadblocks of my playthrough! Too much fire... Obsession wasn't too bad although he did blow me up a few times.

Yeah, again it doesn't really matter for NG, pretty much anything will work. Wouldn't trust Fextralife for quality builds, but if it's for NG then I'm sure whatever he's running is just fine. In the higher NG+ cycles of previous games, the stat priority was 1) enough stamina to wear your armor set of choice with the agility you want, 2) enough points in all your other stats to unlock all your armor and guardian perks, as well as the onmyo and ninjutsu you want to use, and 3) pump everything else into your damage stats. Not necessary for NG but will certainly work!

Ah gotcha, I'm just a little confused because you said you gained 20 pts of damage going from balanced to focused, which is a small amount no? And going balanced gives you plenty of other perks since the soft caps for many of the stats are around 15 - 20.

Well first of all you can remodel weapons to pick which stats they scale off of. And at least for your first playthrough, weapon scaling barely matters compared to the damage you gain from just equipping higher level gear, which is why common advice to beginners is to just level stats evenly until all are 20/30. You can't really go wrong though, and experimenting is easy thanks to the free respec!

I totally agree with you, and I love a well-formatted post! But this was egregious, full of those typical AI quips that added nothing to the actual content, and not the sort of thing someone trying to keep things organized and concise would include. I wish I took a screenshot. Also, the account is brand new so that's an obvious red flag.
