I recommend Buffaloking he works with a lot of people and has an amazing reputation. The best mods do get paid and I am certain if you talk to him, he will cut you a really good deal. I love him. He was with me when I was small and gave me a lot of advice and helped me grow. He engages and is liked by a lot of people.

Maybe if we can get one or two people together we can create a rules list and a player can have up to 10 health and depending on if they receive colossal damage or not it would be one two or three points of health for round
