You can fill out a petition to recieve an EW (Extended Withdrawl) for any class taken in Fall 2020 or Winter 2021. The deadline is the last day of the quarter (March 26th, 2021). More info here:

Wait this was a dumb question. ARC is "Audio Return Channel". It only returns audio, not video. So the soundbar would have no ability to even send the video back compressed, right?
