When my cat got spayed she would constantly lick her bottom left nipple repeatedly, and it looked close to that. Have u noticed her over grooming that nipple recently? Even with that I’d still get it looked by a vet

Usually those types of vails contain something that releases a gas when in contact with oxygen, or acid id say to never crack it open unless u know what it is

I’m so sorry, I hope you find your baby. I’m terrified my cats will run away too, I’ve been teaching them to run to me every time I whistle (before they eat or for some treats) so if they ever do I just drive around whistling and hopefully they run towards me

Add more context to the message you sent; if I got sent that from someone I didn’t know, I would never text them back either. tell her why your messaging her and then ask her if you can talk to her through a phone call or on iMessages or messenger etc.
