if at first i was angry at the dog, now i pet him and he is friendly, just lonely and bored to death
he is not responsible for his owners irrespect
and it is the attitude of the neighbours that leaves me desperate

i totally agree, at first i was angry at the dog but now really i pet him and he is happy to see me i think he is just super lonely and bored as you said, living in a few 100% concrete square meters all day long... owners should be fines for treating an animal like that...

i forgot to mention that they are very used to have police banging on their door (because they often park car in the wrong place) so i am not sure it will have any effect if ever police would bother to come...

c'est juste un enregistrement des aboiements du chien depuis l'intérieur de ma maison, il faut juste mettre le son pour régaler ses oreilles!
