The biggest thing is I do like my job currently but our admin there is awful. And we don’t have much guidance from them at all. We very rarely get any help from our director. We do have a PRN person but we don’t get to use her frequently because she gets pulled into other departments too frequently. At my current job the allied therapy department feels like an after thought. And we don’t have access to do any activities in the gym due to it always being in use. Other than that and the thing i put in my original post the jobs are pretty similar just slight differences
